GOAL
My goal is to provide you with a safe and exciting fishing experience.

I will take you to the fish, provide the means for catching them and with a little cooperation, will send you home with a box full of fish and some great memories. You should also leave with some skills and tricks of the trade that will prove to be of value for years to come.

CREDENTIALS
I am a United States Coast Guard licensed Charter Captain with 30 years fishing experience. I have fished the Florida Big Bend area for the last 15 years. My favorite areas are in and around Econfina, Aucilla and the St. Marks Rivers in the Apalachee Bay area of the northern Gulf of Mexico (see the Map page). The red fish and trout can be taken by a variety of methods, but nothing excites me more than seeing them explode on a top water bait.

BOAT
I run a 19' Dura Craft Hydrolift Vee Bay Series powered by Yamaha. The rig will operate in 6 to 8 inches of water and has an exceptional ride. The low draft is ideal for getting in the shallow waters of Apalachee Bay, and more importantly, avoiding the rocks and oyster beds just below the surface.
